• Disclaimer of liability – myheadfi.com will not be responsible for any damage that is caused by unauthorized repair or misuse.
  • Payment Terms – Payment must be made immediately when the order is placed. All the orders shall be processed once the payment is completely cleared.
  • Data Protection – myheadfi.com uses a secure connection and does not store your credit card information.
  • Delivery – Please do check your item when delivered, contact us within 24 hours if there’s any problem. myheadfi.com will provide assistance with customs clearance sometimes but myheadfi.com is not responsible for the event such as seized by the customs, and the buyer is the one who responsible for paying the duty and tax if required.
  • Product Information & Warranties – New items all come with the official manufacturer warranty, for some of the pre-owned items there is still warranty left, however, for some other pre-owned items, there is no warranty. If warranty service is needed, the buyer should contact us first and we will arrange the warranty service for the buyer, the buyer is responsible for all the shipping fees that may apply.
  • Right to cancel – The buyer is not able to cancel the order once it’s being processed. myheadfi.com reserves the right to cancel the order that may be considered as a scam. The order also will be canceled if there is incorrect information in the product description or incorrect price or out of stock, myheadfi.com does not responsible for any fee incurred by the cancellation.
  • Return – myheadfi.com does NOT accept a return for the following reasons:
    • Change of mind
    • Having fit issue with universal IEMs
    • Don’t like the sound/look/system
    • Non-faulty issues due to the nature of the product (bugs) such as TF card compatible issue, slow operating system, short running time, picking up electronics noise.
  • Refund – Product is defective/not working on delivery can be returned for a FULL refund, the issue should be reported to us within 24 hours after delivery, a return form must be completed and once the return is approved the item needs to be shipped back in 3 business days, once we (not forwarding service) received the product and confirmed the defects the refund shall be issued.
  • Who pays return shipping – If the product was purchased at full price, the buyer pays the return shipping fee first and send us the receipt, once the refund is processed we will send the shipping reimbursement to the buyer. If the product was purchased at a discounted price or the buyer has received a cash back from us then buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee.
  • Price – The price one myheadfi.com is in Australian Dollar, other currencies displayed are for reference only, the actual amount will be determined by PayPal. Price may vary with the exchange rate, there will be no notification on price change.
  • Restock – We will charge a 15% restocking fee if the buyer requests a cancellation while the order status is in “processing”, 20% if the parcel returned to sender for any reason, eg. false/dishonest claim, no one to receive, failed customs clearance.
