• Delivery by DHL from Belgium to other EU countries
• No famous brands, such as SONY, Shure, Sennheisier etc.
• Shipping time 8~12 days

UNITED KINGDOM

• Customs clearance service included
• Delivery by Royal Mail (weight or cubic weight less than 3kg) or Yodel (weight or cubic weight greater than 3kg)
• No famous brands, such as SONY, Shure, Sennheisier etc.
• Shipping time 7~10 days

Canada

• Customs clearance service included
• Delivery by Canada Post after clearance
• Weight limit up to 15kg
• No battery allowed
• No famous brands, such as SONY, Shure, Sennheisier etc.
• Shipping time 7~10 days

Germany, France, Spain

These three countries are also eligible for their own dedicated service other than the EU service

• Customs clearance service included
• Delivery by local post office service
• No famous brands, such as SONY, Shure, Sennheisier etc.
• Shipping time 9~12 days
